We love Etsy. And you know we love log candle holders. And we love gold dipping just about anything this time of year. So we’ve got triple the love happening today at Lifeovereasy because Etsy is featuring us and our Gold Dipped Log Candle Holders today!

Love love love!

Happy happy happy!

They have featured this post on their UK, French, German, and Australian blogs. It’s making us feel very international today. I’ve included some of the links so you can pop over.

It’s part of Etsy’s DIY Advent Calendar series, where each day they feature a different project. As you can imagine, the projects are amazing, and I really encourage you to check them out. ESPECIALLY OURS! In fact, you can check out our post in several different languages. Why not leave a few international comments while you’re at it. If you google translate “Wow, these Canadian sisters are really clever,” you get “Wow, diese kanadischen Schwestern sind wirklich schlau.“ Fun, right?

And you can go back for more. From December 1st to the 25th, Etsy is sharing a festive new DIY project each day on their International Blogs. With contributions by guest bloggers from around the world, this DIY Advent Calendar series is sure to inspire you during the holiday season. And you can get to know some great new bloggers while you’re at it.

You can even leave some international comments for them. Like, “this project really floats my boat.” Or, “dieses Projekt wirklich schwimmt mein Boot.“ Sounds more fun in German for sure.

  2. I have seen quite a number of the birch bark ones, but never gold dipped. Love this look of shine for the holidays! (and congrats on your inclusion in the calendar!)

  3. ARE YOU SERIOUS. This looks amazing and super easy to do. I tend to see some crafts and want to run a mile in the other direction. But I love this. It’s super duper classy.

Pretty easy! And the best part is that you can actually delegate the drilling part of this craft to a man if you want to, cutting the work for your craft in half. That’s even easier!

  4. Oh that is stunning, and I love how easy this is. It’s perfect for the hoidays and every day :)

These are gorgeous, I love the whole concept of the logs grouped together with the candles…beautiful! The gold leaf steps it up a notch and makes them perfect for the holidays!

Thanks Monica! The best part is that once you are set up to make one, you can easily make a whole bunch so it’s really inexpensive to get an big grouping.
