Vintage Bar Glasses

I scored these glasses from my local Value Village. Retro-cool and incredibly cheap, I think they bring a great Mad Men vibe to your drinks. They’ve got me wanting to start drinking gin and tonic.
Value Village is a great source of vintage glassware, and the prices are amazing. These glasses were $1 each –authentic style for dollar store pricing. Can’t beat that! I’m thinking of pulling all my vintage glassware together and setting up a little bar area in my dining room. Cocktails anyone?

      I think the secret is to go regularly. I have a Value Village nearby that is easy to drop into. And of course a good find keeps you wanting to go back for more!

    The secret is _totally_ to go regularly. I only find the rad things when I’m not really looking. If you go out one day in a blue moon on a mission to find something awesome, you just simply won’t. But if you make a habit of stopping into Value Village, or other thrift stores say every Wednesday (I would always stop on my way home from my once a week short shift) you’d be amazed what you end up finding!

      Totally agree! I discovered this when I started dropping into my local Value Village regularly to look for pottery moulds – that’s when I found some great vintage barware. Worth it!
