Vintage Accessory Awesomeness At Anthro

Anthropologie 20 for 20: The Archival Collection
Do you love the vintage look?

One of our stops during our Crazy Awesome Sister Road Trip to New York was Anthropologie, where we had a chance to check out 20 for 20: The Archival Collection. Recently re-issued, these fun and feminine pieces fit perfectly into any girls’ modern wardrobe.

The highlight was the gorgeous vintage accessories they used in the display. The purses, sunglasses, and jewelry had a fab retro vibe, but what really amazed me is how great they still look today. They added a hit of unique style to these outfits that was inspiring, and I’ll be keeping my eyes peeled for something similar next time I’m browsing in a vintage store or even my local Value Village. These are the kinds of accessories you see in your mom’s old polaroids, and yet they still look amazing today. That’s fashion staying power!

Have a look at some pics I took from the collection. Wouldn’t you love to have any of these? Total fabulousness!

  1. They have such beautiful things at Anthropologie. I’m trying to add more “signature pieces” to my wardrobe. I love the vintage look and there accessories are drool worthy.

I love the Anthro look – it’s very inspiring. I think a few pieces can really update your look, so that even the rest of your clothes look better. I always fall in love with something whenever I visit the store!

  2. I love vintage, some of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe belonged to my grandmother, and even though they are costume pieces from the 30-40’s I wear them with pride.
